Terms of Use

For the game 4K Adventure (4k.style/adventure and the 4K Adventure app) and the website 4k.style. Last updated: 22 October 2026 (START 1.0).

Short version: the game is free, be kind, keep your wallet safe, and remember that 4K is a community token, not an investment. We never ask for your seed phrase.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the team of the community project 4K — Token of Love & Freedom ("4K Team", "we"). By using the game or the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Contact: office@4k.style.

2. The game

4K Adventure is free to play. You do not need to buy anything or send any transaction to play.
You sign in by signing a short message with your own Solana wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, its seed phrase and private key. The 4K Team will never ask for them and never asks you to send tokens.
The game may be in beta or test phases. Features, balance, progress and rules can change, and progress may be reset when a phase ends. We will tell players about such changes in the game.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under your local law to use the game, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. The 4K token, gifts and rewards

4K is the game token of 4K Adventure: a community token on the Solana blockchain that we use in the game as a reward and a thank-you. We do not treat 4K as a means of payment. Outside the game other people may trade it, so it may have a value elsewhere, and that value can go up, down or to zero. Nothing in the game or on 4k.style is an offer of investment, financial advice or a promise of any price, value, profit or listing.
Players can send gifts in 4K to each other from their own wallets. Blockchain transfers are final and cannot be reversed by us. Check the receiver and amount before you sign.
In-game 4K rewards (from START 1.0, 23 October 2026, 20:00 CEST). The current rewards are shown in the game (Me → 4K rewards): for a complete profile, for finishing all training missions, for reaching station levels, for a perfect daily flight school, and for invited friends who finish their training. Rewards are sent automatically from the game wallet after your profile reward has passed its checks. The reward pool is limited; when it is empty, rewards wait until it is refilled. One astronaut per person.
The 4K Team may also sometimes send gifts or rewards to players. Any such rewards are voluntary, can have conditions announced in the game (for example a complete profile or anti-bot checks), and can be changed, paused or stopped at any time. Accounts that cheat, use bots or create multiple accounts can be excluded.
Network fees, taxes and any rules that apply to holding or receiving tokens in your country are your own responsibility.

4. Be kind: what is not allowed

Spam, scams, phishing links, impersonating the 4K Team or other players.
Hate, harassment, threats, adult or violent content, or anything illegal.
Bots, scripts, multiple accounts to farm rewards, or attacking or overloading the game.
Asking other players for seed phrases, private keys or money.

Moderators can hide or remove messages and photos and can suspend or remove astronauts who break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the nickname, photo and messages you post. You allow us to show them in the game so other players can see them. Only post content you have the right to share.

6. Our content

The game, its design, graphics, sounds and the 4K name and logo belong to the 4K project. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, but you may not copy the game or use the 4K brand in a way that suggests you are the 4K Team.

7. No warranty and limits of liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always work without errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of tokens caused by your wallet, your own transactions, third-party wallet apps or the blockchain, or for interruptions of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your astronaut on the Me tab. We can end or change the game, or remove an account that breaks these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without removing any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell players in the game. Using the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
