Privacy Policy

For the game 4K Adventure (4k.style/adventure and the 4K Adventure app) and the website 4k.style. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Short version: you play with a nickname, not your real name. We keep only what the game needs, we never sell data, there are no ads and no tracking cookies, and you can delete your astronaut at any time.

1. Who we are

4K Adventure is made by the team of the community project 4K — Token of Love & Freedom ("4K Team", "we"). Contact for any privacy question: office@4k.style.

2. What we collect

Your public wallet address. You sign in by signing a short text message in your Solana wallet. This proves the address is yours. We never see or ask for your seed phrase or private key, and signing in is not a transaction.
Your profile: nickname, the country you choose (never your real location), astronaut class, base name and optional X and Telegram handles and profile photo.
Game data: your station, resources, research, ships, quiz results, friends, blocked players, "love" taps, help between friends and daily activity counts.
Messages: public chat messages and direct messages you send in the game, and reports you send to moderators.
Gifts: records of 4K gifts sent between players or by the 4K Team (sender, receiver, amount, note, time, transaction signature). The transfers themselves happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public.
Anti-abuse data: for new accounts we store a one-way hash of the IP address used at sign-up, to limit fake accounts. Our server also keeps short technical logs (for example IP address and time of a request) for security.
Anonymous counters: we count steps such as "login opened" or "tour finished" per day, without linking them to you, to see where players get stuck.

3. Why we use it

To run the game: your account, your station, chat, friends and gifts (performance of our agreement with you).
To keep the game safe and fair: moderation, spam and bot protection (our legitimate interest).
To improve the game with anonymous statistics (our legitimate interest).

4. What others can see

Other players can see your nickname, number, country, class, photo, base name, X and Telegram handles, public chat messages and your station when they visit it. Your wallet address is shown in shortened form. Direct messages are visible only to you and the other player, and to moderators if a message is reported.

5. Who helps us

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts our server and data in the EU.
Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code libraries to your browser; they receive your IP address as part of the normal web request.
Your wallet app (for example Phantom, Solflare or Jupiter) and public Solana network services handle signing and blockchain data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your data and we do not show ads.

6. Cookies and storage on your device

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The game stores a few items in your browser's local storage, such as your sign-in session, sound settings and whether you have seen the tour. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your profile and game data while your astronaut exists. Anonymous counters are kept as daily totals. Technical logs are kept for a short time for security. Gift records can be kept for accounting and abuse prevention, and blockchain transactions are permanent and public by nature.

8. Your rights and deleting your astronaut

Use "Delete my astronaut" on the Me tab to delete your profile, photo, station, chat and direct messages, friends and activity data at once. You can also write to office@4k.style to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or to object to processing. If you live in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

9. Children

4K Adventure is not meant for children under 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please play only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell players in the game.
